Do you hang Christmas lights for other holidays or events?
Our season is Christmas, but red, white and blue rooflines for patriotic holidays are a request we can discuss. Ask when you call.
Can I add lights on the porch rails and garland on the door?
Yes. Porch rails, columns, door frames and garland are priced as separate lines next to the roofline.
What if I live on a hill or a steep lot?
Tell us. Slope changes how we set up equipment, so we look at it before quoting. It affects safety first and price second.
Do you work at night, or only in daylight?
Installation happens in daylight, because it is safer on a roof. The lights come on for you at dusk after we are gone.
Can I watch the install?
You are welcome to say hello, but please stay off ladders and out of the work zone while the crew is on the roof.
What is a good time of day to call?
Anytime between 7 AM and 9 PM. If we miss you, we return calls and texts as soon as we are off the roof.
How do I know the estimate will match the final bill?
The estimate lists footage and rate. The final figure matches it unless you add work, and you approve any addition before we do it.
Do you leave your equipment at my house all season?
The lights stay up and powered for you through January. Our ladders and tools go with us when the job is done.
