The installation process, step by step
No surprises: here is what happens from your first message to the last strand coming down.
You reach out
Phone, text or fill in the form, and tell us the address and which parts you want lit.
We measure and price
We add up the roofline, check height and shape, and send a written price with open dates.
You pick a date
Early requests have the most dates to choose from.
Install day
The crew arrives, hangs the lights and messages you when they start and when they finish.
Care through the season
If a section goes dark, tell us and we come back to repair it.
January takedown
We remove everything we hung, tidy the property and store the lights.

Our crew clipping lights along an eave. Every job starts with measuring, and that is how we price by the foot.

Process questions
What should I do before install day?
Make sure we can get to the outlet you plan to use and that cars are out of the way of the roofline. You do not need to be home unless you want to walk through the plan.
Can I change the design after the lights are up?
Within reason, yes. Tell us what you would like moved or added and we will schedule a return visit, with any extra footage priced separately.
Where do the cords and plugs end up?
We route cords along the roofline and down to your outlet in the least visible way available, and tell you where the plug sits so you can find it.
How will I know when the crew has arrived and finished?
We send a message when we get to your house and another when we finish, so you do not have to watch the driveway.
What if a breaker trips or the lights will not come on?
Check the outlet and any timer first, then call us. If the issue is in our equipment, we repair it as part of your season of service.
When do the lights come down?
In early January, when the holidays are over. We take down everything we hung, leave the property tidy and store the lights until next year.
Do you need to walk the property before quoting?
Not always. Photos often do the job, and we measure the roofline in person on install day or earlier if the house is complicated.
