Lighting for HOAs and neighborhoods

One proposal for the whole community, installed on a schedule that fits your board and your residents.

The shared spaces, handled

A lit entrance tells every resident and visitor that the neighborhood is cared for. We measure each common structure, group them into a single proposal and give the board one set of numbers to review.

  • Entrance monuments, gatehouses, clubhouses and pool houses
  • Trees, planters, gazebos and mailbox kiosks
  • One point of contact for scheduling and approvals
  • Repairs, takedown and storage included

A simple path for your board

  1. Walk or photo review

We look at every area you want lit.

  2. Written proposal

Footage, rate, extras and dates in one document.

  3. Board decision

You vote on your schedule; we hold the details.

  4. Install and upkeep

We hang, maintain and remove the lighting in January.

Residents can also order their own homes, if the neighborhood wants a matching look.

Community lighting questions

How early should our HOA board request community lighting?

Start before your budget meeting if you can. A written proposal needs time to circulate and be voted on, and install dates are easier to hold the earlier the board decides.

Can you light a clubhouse, pool house and mailbox kiosk?

Yes. Shared buildings and common structures are priced by roofline and edge footage like any other property, then listed as separate lines on one proposal.

Our neighborhood has more than one entrance. Is that a problem?

No. We measure each entrance and common area, give one combined proposal and schedule the stops in a sensible order.

Can our property manager be our single point of contact?

Yes. Name one person for approvals, access and scheduling, and we will send our updates to that contact so nothing gets lost between board members.
